Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Department maintains good relationships with different types of institutional investors, mainly including large conglomerates, industry heavyweights, Hong Kong stock listed companies, A-share listed companies, financial institutions, government backed funds, venture capital and private equity funds, mutual funds, fund of funds, perpetual capital securities and "Channel Players".

The total number of underwriting projects and placing projects the department participated is increasing and the department is able to secure large-scaled funds, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions and large enterprises as strategic investors suitable for clients as well as create favorable conditions for fund raising. In addition, the department maintains long-term and close relationship with Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor (QDII) funds and other domestic institutions of great financial strength, and will actively involve in project development.
